If birth is "natural", why do we need to take a class? Won't my hospital class cover everything I need to know?

Maybe not.

It may surprise you to learn that 98% of laboring mothers in hospitals are NOT having a textbook "natural" birth. Hospital staff are used to medically managing birth, and may not be familiar with, or have time for, helping you cope with labor. Knowing ahead of time what to expect and how to optimize your birth environment is key.

Let's discover together what YOU need to birth on your terms.
